Food Outreach is the only organization in Missouri and Western Illinois providing vital nutritional support to community members living with food insecurity and a diagnosis of HIV or cancer—at no cost to them. In 2024, Food Outreach served over 600,000 meals to nearly 2,000 clients in 144 zip codes in the St. Louis region. 72% of our clients live on less than $15,650 annually.

A Tasteful Affair is Food Outreach’s signature event celebrating 37 years in 2025. This year we are celebrating with the theme of “Peace. Love. Nutrition.” The event will feature tastings from top culinary and beverage partners from across the region, a live DJ, and many unique auction items! In 2024, our generous hosts, sponsors, and guests helped us raise funding to provide more than 100,000 meals for our clients!
