The queue
Orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis until our production capacity is full!
If books are closed, you may still join the waitlist by filling out a form.
We’d like to make all ice cream dreams come true, but please note that submitting a form does not guarantee an order will be filled.
We’ll do our best to keep you in the loop :)

We wish ice cream was free! Alas.
Orders are not confirmed until a 50% deposit is paid. We will hold your spot in the queue for 2 business days following invoicing. If the deposit is not paid within those days, we cannot guarantee your order will be prioritized. We will be as flexible and communicative as possible in this process!
Payment is due in full 14 days before your order date. If payment is not received within 10 days of the order, it will automatically be cancelled. Unpaid orders will not be fulfilled.
Orders can be cancelled anytime, however refunds will not be issued within 30 days of your order.

Here’s where it gets funky! Fill out the form that corresponds with your order date. Each month has it’s own seasonal flavors, but due to our production schedule they may be available at times that don’t exactly align with the month. Scroll down to see what we mean! Please note that flavors are ONLY available for the dates listed with each month!
